Ottoman Hotel Park is a cozy hotel in the middle of the old city, they have a beautiful scenery over the phosphor sea from restaurant in the terrace.
the surrounding of the hotel wasn't conformable.
Excellent service by staff, lots of information and friendliness.
Nice room !! so clean, beautiful. and very kind the staff . relax place.
Restaurant service was not good. Location are ,,,,,dark at the night.
I loved the the turkish bath in our hotel room. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to all important historical sites. Even the immediate neighborhood was a cultural experience like no other.
Amazing bathroom with a incredible shower.
The breakfast is ok, but could be better you don't have many options.
I had a bad cold when I arrived at the hotel, which made me stay in for whole 2 days. I really appreciated the fact that the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I haven't been annoyed at all by them the hours that they wanted to clean my room. Hotel service and restaurant have been great and all room facilities were excelent.
All staff members of the hotel must speak English. In a luxury hotel like this one, it is quite bad to not be able to commubicate with the waitors.
Great staff - always willing to show you the ways around town. Especially Sehrat he is a good employee for the hotel. Nice rooms, matched the pictures 100% close to grand bazaar and blue mosque.
The fridge never cools down
personalize service from staff, great lightning in the room
some building in the neighborhood were is very bad shape, although we felt safe
THe staff, the welcoming, and the room was perfect. Very nice hotel. Very well located, close to attractions. I did not eat there so I can not rate the food, but everything else was perfect. Bathroom Great!!!
the breakfast + they speak good English
the room was smaller than what I expected even my foot was out of my bed and my hight is 183 cm ( 6.1) ft + they took money from my visa 500 + TL and they cancelled it without telling me and I usually get sms messeges on my cell phone when somthing is taken from my bank account and when I went to them and asked why ! ,, they said they just wana check that the visa is not fake *_*
staff very helpful, and accomodating, breakfast good and sufficient, nice view from restaurant. Room was very clean. Close to historic sites.
Bathroom got flooded all the time, neighbourhood on the edge of a very poor part of the city.
The hotel was relatively new and the facilities were in good. The breakfasts were lovely and because we arrived early, they offered us a complimentary breakfast.
The shower door did not close and the floor was soaked after each shower. The room got cleaned very late in the afternoon (after 5pm).
It´s a luxurius hotel but you feel like at home. It´s really helpfull and you feel you can ask or comunicate easily. Although it´s close to the main tourist places, you can live in a Turkish street and see usual days in their lives. The room had a nice stile and the hamam bath was great. But specially, what I liked more was the buffet breakfast, large variety and a nice terrace looking to the port. Wonderfull
The staff was really friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The view from the rooftop terrace was incredible. Location is really good, you're a 5-10' walk away from the Haga Sofia/Blue Mosque/Spice Bazaar etc. However, the way to the tourist attractions is steep, ie you have to climb up a hill. This hotel is an excellent value for your money.
Our welcome to the hotel was the best, an induction to the area and a welcome drink. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city and spoke great English. Room spacious and kept very clean. Hotel restaurant has good selection for breakfast and dinner. Free wifi in whole hotel.
